The Senior Barista will be responsible for preparing premium quality beverages, supervising junior staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service and café operations. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and specialty beverages to the highest standard. - Lead and mentor junior baristas, providing training and support. - Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure equipment is maintained. - Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area. - Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly. - Assist in developing new coffee recipes and beverage offerings.
