About the role

Requirements

• - Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field preferred.
• - Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in fleet management or coordination, preferably in the construction or oil & gas industry.
• - Strong organizational and communication skills.
• - Proficiency with fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• - Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• - Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices and safety standards.
• - Valid driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule the deployment of fleet vehicles to meet project and operational requirements.
• Monitor and ensure timely maintenance and servicing of all fleet vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and inspections.
• Manage driver assignments, monitor driver performance, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for any fleet-related needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and relevant transportation laws.
• Generate regular reports on fleet operations and performance metrics.
