Requirements
- Key Requirements:
- - Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
- - Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employee-related compliance requirements.
- - Experience in handling day-to-day HR operations and employee matters.
- - Knowledge and practical experience with ERP or SAP systems.
- - Ability to manage employee records, documentation, attendance, leave, and other HR-related responsibilities.
- - Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- - Ability to work independently and handle HR responsibilities efficiently.
- - Strong follow-up skills and the ability to coordinate with management and employees.
