Material Contracts Analyst Apply now » Date: 30 Sept 2026 Location: Jubail Industrial City, SA, 31961 Company: Advanced Petrochemical Company Brief Job Description: Execute purchase requisitions for materials in accordance with approved specifications, delivery requirements, and established procurement procedures. Source qualified vendors, obtain competitive quotations, and perform commercial evaluations to ensure best value, quality, and delivery. Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) and monitor order progress, expediting where necessary to meet project and operational schedules. Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, operations, inspection, logistics, and warehouse teams to clarify material requirements and resolve issues. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements. Review vendor documentation, certifications, inspection requirements in line with industry and contractual standards. Resolve discrepancies in pricing, quantity, delivery, invoicing in with vendors and internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier data, and reporting within the ERP/system. Support supplier performance management and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in materials procurement, preferably within the oil & gas, petrochemical industries Familiarity with technical materials, industry codes, and documentation commonly used in petrochemical operations. Experience using ERP systems (SAP Ariba). Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent coordination and relationship-building abilities with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments. Good understanding of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment), quality assurance, and ethical procurement standards. Proficiency in procurement processes, contract administration, and supplier performance management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
