Maintain professional and productive relation with Licensor, OEMs, technology & service providers, suppliers and other similar industry leaders in order to ensure that the best services are provided and the new added value practices and lesson learned are recognized and implemented Budgets and Plans Monitor actual performance vs plan Participate in cost optimization and avoidance of any overspending Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures Adhere to the company policy, system, processes and procedures Follow Process Engineering Department systems, processes and procedures Compliance with division policy, system, process and procedures Continuous Improvement Work with Seniors, peer industry, Technology & Service provider and OEMs in order to identify opportunities for continuous improvement of department systems, processes and practices taking into account the best practice, cost optimization, enhancement of safety & sustainability performance, improvement of plants availability & productivity and product portfolio Process Engineering Ensure to provide process engineering support to APOC PP unit to achieve reliable, efficient and cost optimum supply of Utilities to users through: Provide technical expertise to operations to resolve process constraints to achieve continuous & reliable operations of PP plants Failure analysis and trouble shooting of process related issues in PP plant Monitoring plants critical process parameters including quality of product to ensure that plants running safely, efficiently and within safe operating window Lead cost reduction, water conservation and energy conservation activities for the unit Focal point for developing Energy Management System (ISO 50001) for PP plant Participating in plant safety process evaluation study such as PHA and HAZOP and follow up & close out of study recommendations Contribute to the assurance of plant integrity and reliability through participation bad actor resolution, RCA and plant reliability meetings Monitoring performance of all PP units & highlight and correct deviations if any. Verify raw material and feedstock specifications to ensure that meeting requirement Lead alarm management related activities for PP Analysing plants process parameters and propose new solutions or DBN for enhancing plants productivity & availability and safety & sustainability performance Engaging with Licensor, OEMs and similar industry to capture and implement new added value and best practices Support engineering for modifications in the plant Support FEED study for new grass root projects Ensure that any modification to original function state of plant critical equipment, system and process are conducted following management of change procedure with no deviation Ensure achieving process engineering department and technical division overall objectives Environment, Health, Safety, & Security Ensure compliance of all relevant Environment, Health, Safety and Security management policies, procedures and controls by all process engineering direct hire employees and contractors MIS and Reports Ensure that process engineering department performance are reported in quality and timely manner Ensure that performance, new modification & installation, troubleshooting and investigation reports of plants critical process parameters are prepared in quality and timely manner Ensure that all process engineering department reports are in comply with company principles of corporate governance, policies and standards Related Assignments Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
