You'll positively impact an organization by aligning HR strategies with business objectives, enhancing employee engagement and retention, improving organizational performance, managing risk and compliance, and attracting and retaining top talent. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, Expertice in HR and much more. We’ll look to you for: Counsel the business on HR topics. Be knowledgeable about business needs and align HR actions accordingly, including implementing HR strategies. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and support management on HR-related issues. Manage recruitment processes, including workforce planning, candidate sourcing and selection, and induction. Develop people at all levels through coaching, performance management, development plans, and training, while monitoring performance metrics and adhering to budget constraints. University degree, majoring in human resources, psychology, business studies, social science or economy, Desiable MBA with specialization in HR. Experience or understanding of Generalist HR management experience covering all areas of HR management practice.
