Your Role, Your Impact Oversee large-scale project execution, ensuring scalability and sustainable growth in alignment with Alstom’s global standards. Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, and client stakeholders to achieve seamless project integration. Implement robust processes to guarantee reliability, safety, and compliance throughout all project phases. Champion innovation by introducing advanced technologies and methodologies to optimize project outcomes. Promote knowledge sharing and mentorship, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and leadership development. You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology. What You Bring Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field. Minimum 15 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or rail projects, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles. Expertise in project management tools, risk assessment, and contract negotiation. Deep understanding of rail systems, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to drive high-performing teams. How Success Is Measured On-time delivery of project milestones and achievement of strategic objectives. Effective collaboration and leadership across multidisciplinary teams.
