Financial Job Dimensions Degree of supervision Direct Supervision over Fit Out and renovation operational activities across KSA Level of Authority General Authority over daily functional operation Purpose of the Job Managing the Fit out and renovation team across KSA to ensure Operational Business requirements are met within the agreed timelines with focus on Sustainability, safety, and quality of work within agreed Budgets and timelines. Key Accountabilities: Description Responsible to ensure all projects are delivered within agreed timelines with the end-user To prepare & implement Annual Project schedule based on priority needs of End users To produce annual Departmental Budget To ensure all Projects / Renovations are in strict compliance with ALJM Polices and procedures at all times Key Accountabilities: Performance Indicators Project No/ Agreed timelines Number of completed projects within agreed timelines To remain within Budget Compliance 100% Major Activities Ensure the preparation of RFP’s (Request for proposal) based on end user scope in conjunction with Commercial Department Ensure Tendering process fully complies with ALJM Approved policy Managing the contracts during design and construction stage to ensure all end user requirements are met; Ensure Coordination occurs for all documents required for government authorities’ approvals. Ensure management (on site supervision) of the construction during construction stage. Supervise handing over of the project to the end-users and stakeholders and all subsequent snags are completed within agreed timelines Monitoring the budget to ensure the expenses are within the approved allocation and are signed off at each stage of construction. Ensure progress meetings with consultants and contractors for effective project implementation are conducted Ensure coordination with all stakeholders of the project to discuss possible issues and concerns related to the project. Ensure review of the design during design stage to ensure end-user requirements are in place. Monitoring the time schedule to ensure project completion within the approved timelines. Job Context The job requires advanced knowledge Construction and Saudi Building codes The job has direct impact in ensuring all projects or renovations comply with all KSA legislation & Regulations. The job holder has direct impact over the approved budget and contractual obligations on behalf of ALJ. Framework, Boundaries & Decision Making Authority The job holder has the freedom to recommend Contractors and suppliers in line

Managing the Fit out and renovation team across KSA to ensure Operational Business requirements are met within the agreed timelines with focus on Sustainability, safety, and quality of work within agreed Budgets and timelines. Prepare & implement Annual Project schedule based on priority needs of End users; produce annual Departmental Budget; ensure all Projects / Renovations are in strict compliance with ALJM Policies and procedures. Ensure all projects are delivered within agreed timelines with the end-user; Manage contracts during design and construction stage to ensure end user requirements are met; On-site supervision of construction; Hand over of projects to end-users and stakeholders; ensure snags completed within agreed timelines; Monitor budget; conduct progress meetings with consultants and contractors; coordinate with stakeholders; review design during design stage; monitor time schedule to ensure completion within timelines.
