Hydrojetting Incharge / Team Leader with Shutdown / turnaround experience

About the role

Requirements

• - Minimum of 10 years of experience in hydrojetting operations, including leadership roles. 3 years as Team Leader experience for Hydrojetting Department
• - Proven experience working in shutdown and turnaround environments, preferably within oil and gas industry.
• - Strong knowledge of hydrojetting equipment, safety protocols, and operational practices.
• - Excellent team management and communication skills.
• - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
• - Certification or training related to hydrojetting and safety is an advantage.
• - Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• - Lead and supervise hydrojetting operations during shutdown and turnaround projects.
• - Coordinate with project management, safety officers, and other teams to ensure smooth execution of hydrojetting activities.
• - Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company policies during all operations.
• - Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project schedules and deliverables.
• - Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate hazards.
• - Provide technical guidance, training, and support to the hydrojetting team.
• - Monitor equipment condition and report any maintenance needs.
• - Prepare and maintain records of operations, safety checks, and incidents.
