Responsibilities - Plan and Lead all mechanical shutdown and turnaround activities from initiation to completion. - Lead and coordinate the execution team to ensure timely and safe project delivery. - Develop detailed execution plans and schedules in alignment with project objectives. - Monitor and control project progress, performance, and resource allocation. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all phases of the shutdown. - Coordinate with other departments, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless execution. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with mechanical shutdown operations. - Conduct post-shutdown reviews and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
