Requirements

• - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• - Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical supervision, particularly in shutdown and turnaround activities.
• - Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance practices, and safety standards.
• - Proven leadership and team management skills.
• - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• - Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• - Familiarity with industrial safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical work during shutdown and turnaround projects.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage daily work schedules and allocate resources effectively.
• Coordinate with project team members and contractors to facilitate smooth operations.
• Monitor the progress of mechanical tasks and report on status and issues.
• Ensure quality control measures are implemented and maintained.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for the team.
• Identify and resolve any operational problems promptly to avoid delays.
