• Preferred Experience
• - 6–10+ years of experience in Mainframe Production Support.
• - Minimum 4+ years supporting Systematics ALS applications in enterprise banking or financial services environments.
• - Strong hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, and VSAM.
• - Experience supporting large-scale banking batch processing and mission-critical production environments.
• - Experience with enterprise job scheduling tools such as Control-M, CA-7, or equivalent.
• - Familiarity with ITIL-based production support processes.
• - Knowledge of core banking systems and Asset & Liability Management (ALM) processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• - Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support for Systematics ALS applications.
• - Monitor and support End-of-Day (EOD), Beginning-of-Day (BOD), and scheduled batch processing activities.
• - Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex production incidents affecting Systematics ALS applications.
• - Analyze batch failures, job abends, JCL errors, and processing delays to ensure successful business processing.
• - Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent corrective actions for recurring issues.
• - Monitor application performance, batch execution, and system availability to maintain operational stability.
• - Support production deployments, implementation activities, and post-release validation.
• - Coordinate with application development, infrastructure, database, and operations teams during production incidents.
• - Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, support procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• - Participate in disaster recovery exercises, production readiness reviews, and change management activities.
• - Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership during major incidents.
• - Ensure compliance with operational standards, SLAs, and ITIL best practices.
