Operational Management Supervise daily operations of all assigned outlets to ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies. Monitor store performance (sales, costs, quality, hygiene, and service). Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure operational consistency and excellence. Ensure all outlets meet health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Financial Performance Review and analyze store P&L performance, sales reports, and cost control metrics. Identify underperforming outlets and develop corrective action plans. Drive sales growth and profitability through strategic initiatives and promotions. People Management Lead, mentor, and motivate Store Managers and their teams. Ensure proper staffing, training, and succession planning. Conduct performance reviews and address disciplinary issues when needed. Customer Experience Ensure a high standard of customer service across all outlets. Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly. Monitor online reviews and feedback to improve guest satisfaction. Brand & Quality Compliance Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards and marketing campaigns. Coordinate with the Marketing team for local store promotions and events. Maintain visual merchandising and food presentation standards.
