About The Role The Marketing and Communications Manager will lead the day-to-day marketing of SIRO One Za’abeel, developing integrated campaigns that build brand awareness, strengthen community engagement and drive commercial performance across rooms, memberships, fitness, recovery and wellbeing experiences Reporting to the Cluster Director of Marketing & Communications, the role will work closely with hotel operations, Commercial teams, Global SIRO, agencies and strategic partners to translate the SIRO brand into locally relevant, high-impact activity across digital, social, PR, content, partnerships, events and CRM. The successful candidate will be creative, commercially minded and hands-on, with strong experience in Dubai hospitality and an understanding of the luxury lifestyle, fitness and wellbeing landscape. While primarily responsible for SIRO, the role will also collaborate with and support the wider One Za’abeel cluster when required. About You - Minimum five years’ experience in integrated marketing, ideally within luxury or lifestyle hospitality - Previous hotel marketing experience - Strong knowledge of the Dubai hospitality and lifestyle market - Proven experience delivering integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, content, partnerships and events - Strong commercial awareness and experience supporting revenue-generating activity - Experience managing agencies, budgets, timelines and campaign reporting - Excellent written and spoken English - Strong copywriting, presentation and stakeholder-management skills - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment - Strong interest in fitness, wellbeing, performance and lifestyle brands - Flexibility to support evening and weekend events when required Our brand is expanding faster than ever before. Manage agencies, budgets, timelines and campaign reporting; craft compelling copy and presentations; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and support revenue-generating activities. Travel or flexible hours may be required to support evening and weekend events.
