In this role, your key responsibilities include : To lead and manage a sales team within assigned territory in acquiring new and servicing existing clients in order to achieve sales targets and maximise ADCB’s profitability Identify target markets/new business opportunities and monitor competitors’ activities/strategies to seize potential opportunities and ensure achievement of targets within the agreed risk parameters of the Bank Monitor and track progress of team against agreed sales plans for assigned territory/portfolios to ensure achievement of targets Review client dossiers to ensure current and future needs are captured and assist/advise clients on new solutions, developments and emerging opportunities The ideal candidate should have the following experience : At least 8 years of experience in business Banking, of which at least 4 years of experience in a senior position managing a sales team Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance Credit and compliance evaluation skills Problem solving skills Market knowledge Relationship management skills Written and spoken English Good knowledge of all products and processes covered by the distribution teams What we offer: Competitive Salary.
