In this role, your key responsibilities include : Responsible for TB Revenue generation by building and executing a business plan for SME clients Providing advice on complex Transaction Banking solutions, identify new opportunities in market to cross TB products and solution Build and grow interpersonal relationship at senior level, and manage internal stakeholders to deliver TB product and services Provide business insights, identify bottlenecks and work with various department of bank such as Service, Operations, Product, and Risk Grow structured Trade Finance business and bring in expertise to manage and deliver complex deals and Cash management products The ideal candidate should have the following experience At least 8 years of experience in Transaction Banking products and solutions Minimum 3 years of experience in leading a team Interpretation of balance sheet/spreadsheets What we offer: Competitive Salary: Additionally, all employees are eligible to participate in one of our rewarding variable pay plans.
