IT Demand Lead

Job Purpose : Lead the IT Demand Management function by managing business demand intake, evaluating technology requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technology capabilities. Key Activities, Responsibilities and Accountabilities : · Lead the management demand requests and ensure alignment with business objectives and Technology strategy. · Lead demand intake, assessment, and prioritization activities while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and available technology capabilities. · Lead the monitoring and reporting of demand requests to ensure transparency, alignment, and effective execution. · Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend enhancements to optimize demand management processes and stakeholder experience. · Preparing agendas and presenting qualified demands to a steering committee or governance board (made up of senior business and IT leaders) who vote on which projects get funded. · Ensuring that the approved IT projects directly support the insurance company’s broader yearly goals (e.g., shifting to a "digital-first" broker portal). · Running workshops and meetings with departments (like Claims or Underwriting) to help them clearly articulate what they need. _________________________________________________________________________________________________ الهدف الوظيفي : قيادة وظيفة إدارة طلبات تقنية المعلومات من خلال إدارة استقبال طلبات الأعمال، وتقييم المتطلبات التقنية، والتنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة، وتحديد أولويات المبادرات، وضمان المواءمة بين احتياجات الأعمال وقدرات تقنية المعلومات. الأنشطة الرئيسية والمسؤوليات والواجبات : - استقبال الطلبات وتقييمها وتحديد أولوياتها، مع ضمان توافقها مع أولويات الشركة وقدرات تقنية المعلومات المتاحة. - إدارة طلبات الأعمال والتأكد من مواءمتها مع أهداف الأعمال واستراتيجية تقنية المعلومات. - متابعة طلبات تقنية المعلومات وإعداد التقارير المتعلقة بها لضمان الشفافية والمواءمة والتنفيذ الفعال. - تحديد فرص التحسين المستمر والتوصية بالتطويرات التي تسهم في تحسين عمليات إدارة الطلبات وتجربة أصحاب المصلحة. - إعداد جداول الأعمال وعرض طلبات تقنية المعلومات المؤهلة على اللجنة التوجيهية ، المكوّن من قيادات الأعمال وتقنية المعلومات، لاتخاذ القرار بشأن المبادرات التي سيتم تمويلها. - ضمان دعم مشاريع تقنية المعلومات المعتمدة للأهداف السنوية ، مثل التحول نحو بوابة رقمية متكاملة للوسطاء. - إدارة ورش العمل والاجتماعات مع الإدارات، مثل المطالبات والاكتتاب، لمساعدتها على تحديد وشرح احتياجاتها ومتطلباتها التقنية بشكل واضح.
