Requirements

• - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
• - Specialist Only: Strong program management skills and knowledge of leadership development frameworks

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and support the execution of career development and leadership programs.
• Coordinate schedules, logistics, and resources for training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of program participation and outcomes.
• Assist in the planning and delivery of competency-based career pathways.
• Provide administrative support by preparing materials, presentations, and reports for development programs.
• Manage all aspects of the ALP, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating resources.
• Monitor participant progress and provide ongoing support to ensure alignment with program goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external trainers to design and deliver program modules.
• Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve program content and outcomes.
• Review and refine the program's procedures regularly to align with evolving business needs.
• Assist in implementing talent development initiatives to support organizational goals.
• Facilitate workshops and learning sessions to enhance employee competencies.
• Provide guidance to employees on career development opportunities.
• Support the design and delivery of individualized development plans.
• Contribute to leadership development initiatives by coordinating training sessions and resources.
• Assist in tracking progress of leadership development program participants.
• Support the development and maintenance of succession plans by gathering data and preparing reports.
• Act as a liaison between employees and program leads to address queries and concerns.
• Collect and analyze data related to development programs, providing insights into effectiveness and ROI.
• Prepare reports to track program performance and recommend improvements based on feedback and data analysis.
• Collaborate with department heads and HR teams to align career development initiatives with business needs.
• Serve as a point of contact for program participants, providing guidance and support.
• Liaise with external vendors and consultants to enhance program delivery.
