Senior Engineer, Construction (Telecom) Penspen is hiring experienced Senior Engineer, Construction (Telecom) Site based in Abu Dhabi with extensive oil & gas experience to oversee telecommunications works for oil and gas projects, ensuring safe, timely, and quality execution in accordance with project specifications and industry standards. Key Responsibilities - Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of telecom systems. - Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and construction work packages. - Coordinate contractors, vendors, engineering teams, and other disciplines. - Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, and schedule compliance. - Manage inspections, system integration, completion, and handover activities. - Resolve technical and site-related issues. Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor's degree in engineering Telecommunications, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering or related discipline is mandatory - 15+ years of relevant experience in the oil & gas sector - 5 years in GCC region - 5 years of experience in similar position - Extensive experience in Oil & Gas pipeline - Strong knowledge of fiber-optic networks, CCTV, access control, PAGA, radio, telephone, and data systems. - Experience in EPC/EPCM project environments - In-depth understanding of HSE requirements and industry codes/standards - Proven leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills #LI-JM1 Location UAE - Abu Dhabi Job Family Project Management Type of Contract Fixed Term Contract Full/Part time Full Time Region (current) Middle East Closing Date 30/09/2026 Ref No 16372
