Senior Engineer, Construction (Instrumentation) Penspen is hiring experienced Senior Engineer, Construction (Instrumentation) Site based in Abu Dhabi with extensive oil & gas experience to oversee instrumentation works for oil and gas projects, ensuring safe, timely, and quality execution in accordance with project specifications and industry standards. Key Responsibilities - Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of instruments and control systems. - Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and construction work packages. - Coordinate contractors, vendors, engineering teams, and other disciplines. - Monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project schedules. - Manage inspections, loop checks, system completion, and handover activities. - Resolve technical and site-related issues. Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor's degree in engineering Instrumentation, Electronics, or Control Engineering. or related discipline is mandatory - 15+ years of relevant experience in the oil & gas sector - 5 years in GCC region - 5 years of experience in similar position - Extensive experience in Oil & Gas pipeline - Strong knowledge of field instruments, DCS, PLC, SIS, F&G, and control systems - Experience in EPC/EPCM project environments - In-depth understanding of HSE requirements and industry codes/standards - Proven leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills #LI-JM1 Location UAE - Abu Dhabi Job Family Project Management Type of Contract Fixed Term Contract Full/Part time Full Time Region (current) Middle East Closing Date 30/09/2026 Ref No 16371
