THE TEAM As a Culinary Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Culinary team, providing administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department. Reporting to the Executive Chef and working closely with chefs, stewarding, purchasing, finance, and other hotel departments, you will play a key role in supporting daily culinary administration and communication. YOUR ROLE In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Culinary leadership team, helping to maintain organized records, coordinate departmental activities, and facilitate effective communication across teams. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proactive approach will contribute to the overall success of the culinary operation. HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE Support the Culinary team with day-to-day administrative and clerical duties. Maintain accurate departmental records, files, and documentation. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes. Coordinate schedules, appointments, and departmental meetings as required. Support inventory, purchasing, and invoice-tracking administration. Ensure effective communication between the Culinary department and internal stakeholders. COULD THIS BE YOU? You are highly organized with excellent attention to detail. You communicate professionally and effectively with colleagues at all levels. You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. You can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. You demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and a collaborative approach to teamwork. You are passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional support services. The development boast 149 guest rooms and suites, alongside elevated dining offerings including three restaurants, two lounges, a signature Manor Club and a central hub featuring authentic eateries. Additional recreational spaces will include event pavilions and Asaya, Rosewood's integrative well-being concept consisting of seven treatment rooms, a gym, two movement studios and a yoga pavilion.
