Team Leader, Contracts - ADNOC Logistics & Services

Supervise and control the tendering, implementation, and administration of relevant Contracts, while working with Users so as to ensure that services are acquired with favourable terms and conditions, at optimal cost, as per Users\u2019 requirements and complying with relevant legal requirements, policies, and standards. Supervise the activities related to the preparation of routine and complex tender documents for evaluation up to execution of contract documents, together with post contract administration including Amendments, Variation orders, Claims and disputes for all tenders and contracts. Proposes any enhancements/changes to the Procurement Policies and Procedures of ADNOC, particularly for Contracts, as and when directed by Management. Share with team the outcome of periodic analysis related to their daily progress, KPIs, bottlenecks, etc. Assists the Department Manager in carrying out various activities as and when assigned. Deputizes for the Department or Division Manager (whenever required) during latter\u2019s leave/absence through delegation from the appropriate Management level.
