In this role, you’ll help translate organizational priorities into clear objectives, measurable performance indicators, and actionable insights that support better decision-making across the organization.You’ll work closely with different departments and leadership teams, helping connect strategy with day-to-day execution — while spotting opportunities to improve performance, manage risks, and make the way we work more effective.What You’ll DoSupport the development and alignment of strategic objectives and initiatives across the organization.Work with departments to assess performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic planning.Conduct SWOT analysis, benchmarking, and data analysis to provide meaningful business insights.Develop and maintain strategic maps, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks.Monitor strategic projects and initiatives, identifying risks, challenges, and opportunities along the way.Track performance against agreed targets and prepare clear, insightful reports for leadership.Analyse performance gaps and recommend practical actions to improve results.Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and strategic execution.Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to review progress and drive accountability.Stay curious about industry trends and best practices and bring new ideas to the table.
