Beginning of the main content section.Return to the home pagePrintable Format Job Description - Senior Local Projects Supervisor (26002214)Job Description Senior Local Projects Supervisor - (26002214) Job Description التفتيش الميداني اليومي على المنشآت بأنواعها وكذلك الأماكن حسب الخطة السنوية المعتمدة صباحاً ومساءً.التأكد من التزام المنشآت بالنظم واللوائح والأوامر المحلية والقوانين.القيام بجولات ميدانية لتحديد ومتابعة الجهات المخالفة وفق خط السير المحدد للـتأكد من إزالة المخالفة وعدم تكرارها.مصادرة كافة وسائل التبرع المخالفة وتسليم المواد المصادرة لمخزن الدائرة المخصص حسب الإجراءات المتبعة في ذلك.المشاركة في اللجان الخاصة بجرد وحصر وتصنيف المضبوطات والمبالغ المصادرة وإعداد محضر التسليم للجهات المعنية وفق النظام.يستخدم الضبطية القضائية الممنوحة له في إعطاء إشعار ( طلب حضور/ إنذار/ محضر ضبط ) في حال وجود تجاوز أومخالفة.المشاركة في متابعة المشاريع الخيرية وحملات جمع التبرعات الإغاثية وكذلك كافة الفعاليات والأنشطة الخيرية المنفذة داخل الدولة من قبل المؤسسات والجمعيات الخيرية المرخصة. بما في ذلك ( مشروع ذبح الأضاحي- الخيم الرمضانية- حاويات جمع الملابس).تسجيل البيانات في الحاسب عن طريق جهاز الرقابة الإلكتروني المرتبط بالنظام وإجراء الصيانة والتحديثات الدورية لقواعد البيانات.إعداد كافة تقارير البيانات الفنية اللازمة لاسيما ما يخص مؤشرات الأداء بالتنسيق مع موظفي القسم.الاتصال والتواصل مع الوحدات التنظيمية داخل الدائرة أو خارجها وفق توجيهات المسؤول المباشر.إعداد وصياغة مسودات المذكرات والمخاطبات ومحاضر الاجتماعات ذات الصلة بعمله، وأرشفتها ومتابعة تنفيذ توصياتها.متابعة ما يصدر من قرارات وتعاميم ذات الصلة بعمله، والحرص على تطبيقها وتنفيذ ما جاء بها وفق الإجراء المتبع. Qualifications: 1) University degree. 2) Diploma + at least 3 years of experience. 3) Secondary education + at least 5 years of experience.

Daily field inspections of various facilities according to the approved annual plan (morning and evening). Ensure facilities comply with regulations and local laws. Conduct field rounds to identify violators and follow up to ensure violations are removed and not repeated. Seizure of all contraband and hand over seized items to the department warehouse according to procedures. Participate in committees for inventorying, classifying seized items and amounts and prepare delivery reports to relevant authorities as per system. Use judicial policing authority to issue notices (summons/notice/inspection report) for violations. Follow up on charitable projects and relief fundraising campaigns, and all charitable events and activities conducted within the country by licensed institutions and associations (e.g., Eid al-Adha slaughter project, Ramadan tents, clothing collection containers). Data entry via the electronic control device connected to the system; perform routine maintenance and updates of databases. Prepare technical data reports, especially performance indicators, in coordination with section staff. Communicate with internal or external regulatory units as directed. Draft and prepare memoranda, communications, and meeting minutes related to his work, archive them, and follow up on recommendations. Monitor issued decisions and circulars relevant to his work and ensure compliance and implementation as per standard procedure.
