Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Fine Arts or Applied Arts or Project Management or an equivalent degree from an accredited university. 7+ years of relevant practical experience.

- Establish and implement standard operating procedures for projects to be undertaken and provide ongoing development of these procedures to ensure projects under the department follow best international practices. - Supervise project studies related to the sector, capture requirements, objectives and purposes of these projects, ensure accurate cost calculations, and conduct necessary research to support and justify identified variances. - Evaluate and monitor performance and efficiency of all related projects and programs to ensure programs are delivered as planned. - Review formal communication formats with stakeholders and support the establishment of consultant qualification requirements. - Coordinate with staff, team members and stakeholders to prepare reports on major related projects, including proactive studies, project resource planning, budgeting, planning requirements, reporting to management, quality assurance, risk management, business process analysis and negotiation of contracts. - Lead and coordinate stakeholder activities to support the project, ensuring adherence to timeline, accuracy and effective communication. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on project management matters to facilitate information flow. - Provide external departments with data collection and analysis during the period of business processes/policies and procedures and/or ongoing implementation. - Oversee project planning operations in general by preparing reports on project timelines and outputs. - Coordinate the preparation of internal and external reports through data collection, analysis and summarization relevant to all projects. - Oversee all project-related matters including financial records, reporting and assessment of completed work. - Participate in the development of policies, processes and procedures technically and operationally, ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements and alignment with operations. - Supervise daily operations to ensure compliance with existing procedures and standards, and ensure staff activities are completed efficiently and timely. - Regularly report on operational activities to the department head, including challenges, obstacles and mitigation methods to keep the supervisor informed. - Comply with information security policies and procedures, maintain data confidentiality, and report any policy violations to the information security officer. - Comply with occupational safety and health policies and environmental management system as applied by the authority. - Perform other duties as assigned.
