It was a day that marked a paradigm shift, not only in the procession of Emirati heritage but also in the common heritage of humanity. From the Center’s name, it is clear that the tasks outshine traditional gathering and inscription of heritage to reviving it anew. To making it, yet again, a living being in the lives of nationals who remain, above all, extremely proud of their identity as Emiratis. Minutes following its birth, HHC, began implementing its pre-set strategy, of raising the level of awareness around UAE’s genuine heritage nationally, regionally and internationally. Job Description The Position is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and overseeing the management of all logistics and supply service for the day-to-day operations of championships department. It ensures the smooth delivery of logistical support for all championships activities in line with operational requirements of all events, while carrying out all necessary arrangements to provide the required support for working teams and committees.General Responsibilities:- Prepare the proposed strategic plan for the department and contribute to its development, as well as prepare and monitor the implementation of the operational plan to ensure its alignment with the objectives of the department and the Center.-Monitor performance indicators on a regular basis, prepare departmental progress and achievements reports and submit them to director of the department -Participate in the preparation of the department's budget Duties & Responsibilities:- Develop the annual work plan in alignment with the Center's strategic plan and objectives -Establish policies and procedures for the department's logistics and administrative service activities and monitor their implementation-Train employees on logistics support operations and their responsibilities in relation to the logistics service strategy-Develop and monitor performance measurement systems related to supply chain operations and logistics services-Design evaluation forms and tools to assess the administrative and logistics services provided to customers.-Analyze all aspects of logistics services, identify the most efficient and effective methods, and evaluate the services provided to customers-Establish effective communication channels with service providers and conduct coordination meetings prior to the start of the championships season to familiarize them with the department's service and procurement requirements.
