Job Purpose Coordinate operational costs, oversee contracts in commercial and procurement, contribute to cost-effective planning processes, and assist with business planning to support organizational growth. Coordinate in monitoring and optimizing operational expenses, collecting data analysis, budget management, and supporting cost-effective decision-making. Job Specific Accountabilities • Coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services. • Participate in the development and implementation of logistics strategies and plans. • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries. • Support the procurement team in managing contracts and vendor relationships. • Ensure compliance with company policies and international logistics standards. • Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics and KPIs. • Assist in the resolution of logistics-related issues and challenges. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize logistics processes. • Facilitate training sessions for team members on logistics procedures and best practices. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics systems and processes. External Communications & Working Relationships Contact with external parties including consultants, third party service providers, and government agencies as required Minimum Qualification • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • 1-3 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management.
