Beginning of the main content section.Return to the home pagePrintable Format Job Description - Infrastructure & Exchanges Engineer (26001388)Job Description Infrastructure & Exchanges Engineer - (26001388) Job Description المساعدة في تشغيل ومراقبة المقاسم (Exchanges) والبنية التحتية للشبكة.متابعة إنذارات الشبكة (Alarms) والتبليغ عن الأعطال الفنية.دعم الفريق في تحليل الأعطال البسيطة والمشاركة في معالجتها.المشاركة في تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الدورية والتحديثات للأنظمة.المساعدة في إعداد وضبط إعدادات الأنظمة والتطبيقات تحت الإشراف.المشاركة في تركيب وتشغيل المعدات والأجهزة في المواقع.دعم تنفيذ مشاريع الشبكة (تركيب، اختبار، تشغيل).إعداد تقارير أولية عن أداء الأنظمة والشبكة. دعم متابعة أعمال شركات الصيانة والموردين.المساعدة في إدارة النسخ الاحتياطية للأنظمة والبيانات.المشاركة في اختبار الأنظمة الجديدة قبل التشغيل المساهمة في تحسين الأداء من خلال تقديم ملاحظات واقتراحات بسيطة. دعم المستخدمين الداخليين والرد على الاستفسارات الفنية.الالتزام بإجراءات أمن المعلومات وسياسات المؤسسة. المشاركة في برامج التدريب والتطوير واكتساب المعرفة التقنية. End of service required; UAE Nationality required; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunications/Electronics) or equivalent; New graduate or up to 2 years of experience in the same field; Knowledge of telecommunications systems and infrastructure; Basic knowledge of networks and communications; Possession of professional certificates such as CCNA.

Assist in operating and monitoring exchanges and network infrastructure. Monitor network alarms and report faults. Support the team in analyzing simple faults and participate in resolving them. Participate in implementing regular maintenance and updates for systems. Assist in configuring system and application settings under supervision. Assist in installing and commissioning equipment at sites. Support network project execution (installation, testing, operation). Prepare initial reports on system and network performance. Support maintenance contractors and suppliers. Assist in system and data backups management. Participate in testing new systems before operation. Contribute to performance improvement by providing simple feedback and suggestions. Support internal users and respond to technical inquiries. Adhere to information security procedures and corporate policies. Participate in training and development programs to gain technical knowledge.
