Beginning of the main content section.Return to the home pagePrintable Format Job Description - Maintenance Engineer (26001418)Job Description Maintenance Engineer - (26001418) Job Description الإشراف على تركيب وتشغيل محطات الشبكة والوصلات وضمان جاهزيتها للعمل.تنفيذ وتمديد التوصيلات الكهربائية والكوابل وتركيب الهوائيات على الأبراج.برمجة المحطات والترددات وضبط الإشارة واختبار كفاءة الأداء.إجراء زيارات ومسوحات ميدانية للمحطات وتحليل الحالة الفنية.مراقبة أداء الشبكة والإنذارات واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة (الوقائية والتصحيحية) للمحطات والوصلات.تحليل الأعطال والتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية لحل المشاكل الفنية.إعداد ورفع التقارير الفنية الدورية عن الأداء والأعطال.المشاركة في تنفيذ مشاريع الشبكة الجديدة وتطويرها.دراسة المواقع المقترحة بالتنسيق مع فرق التخطيط لتحسين التغطية.متابعة وتجهيز المحطات المتنقلة للفعاليات وضمان جاهزيتها.إدارة وتتبع الأصول والمعدات الخاصة بالمحطات.التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية والخارجية (مثل الاتصالات، الجهات الحكومية) لضمان استمرارية الخدمة.الالتزام بالمناوبات لضمان استمرارية عمل الشبكة على مدار الساعة. National service completed; UAE citizen; Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, communications, applied sciences, or an equivalent field; new graduate or up to 3 years of experience in network/station maintenance; knowledge of wireless systems (TETRA) and 4G/LTE; understanding of RF); antennas; microwave/fiber links; ability to fault analyze and resolve technical issues.

Supervise installation and operation of network stations and links and ensure readiness; execute and extend electrical connections and cabling; install antennas on towers; program stations and frequencies and calibrate signals; conduct field visits and surveys of stations and analyze technical conditions; monitor network performance and alarms and implement corrective actions; perform preventive and corrective maintenance for stations and links; analyze faults and coordinate with relevant authorities to resolve technical issues; prepare periodic technical performance and fault reports; participate in new network projects and upgrades; study proposed sites with planning teams to improve coverage; prepare mobile stations for events and ensure readiness; manage and track station assets and equipment; coordinate with internal and external teams (telecommunications, government authorities) to ensure continuous service; work shifts to ensure 24/7 network continuity.
