Guide visitors through museum areas, provide accurate information about exhibits and collections; respond to inquiries from visitors; organize and facilitate visitor movement around the museum and heritage sites; contribute to conveying the country's heritage, history, and customs; report any content-related notes during guided tours; distribute and demonstrate use of talking guide devices; assist in implementing educational programs as required; offer creative development ideas to attract more visitors; ensure visitor safety and protect property; address and resolve visitor complaints promptly.
