Bachelor's degree in Public Relations or Business Administration or equivalent from an accredited university. 7 years of relevant work experience.

Prepare and implement the strategic and operational plan, KPIs, and budget for all department activities in alignment with the strategic plan. Develop research methodologies and conduct specialized research related to commercial development and analyze results. Propose and develop and secure new sources of income for museums and heritage sites. Coordinate and continuously work with the business development and investment unit. Propose, implement, and measure performance against the museum and heritage sites sales plan, including setting objectives, initiatives, and programs. Analyze and study performance data related to sales and commercial development and use insights to develop innovative solutions to grow museum and heritage site businesses and increase profitability of exhibitions and related sector activities. Ensure partnerships with all external stakeholders to support achieving sales and development plans for museums and heritage sites. Align department activities by creating an ambitious and comprehensive annual development plan with clearly defined goals, objectives, and timelines. Create, manage, and monitor the annual development program budget and track progress through periodic reports. Collaborate with department managers to ensure alignment of commercial development plans with marketing and exhibition plans for the sector. Manage the implementation of museum and heritage site sales plans. Provide support to clients seeking to book or rent spaces in museums and heritage sites. Ensure clients receive necessary support to successfully host events through staff training and commitment to delivering the highest service standards. Contribute and provide support for files related to the Innovation and Institutional Excellence agenda and other institutional files to achieve the strategic plan.
