Beginning of the main content section.Return to the home pagePrintable Format Job Description - Inspector- Hatta - Vehicles Monitoring & Passengers Transport (24002769)Job Description Inspector- Hatta - Vehicles Monitoring & Passengers Transport - (24002769) Job Description JOB PURPOSE:Monitor and check passengers and vehicles to ensure compliance with Public Transport Agency standards.KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES:Proceed to areas that having complaints from the public and inspect offenders and prepare reports to thedirect supervisor.Write reports about inspection vehicles when the pull out and in and maintain vehicles clean internally andexternally.Store offences and attachments to irregularities box belongs to franchising and enforcement department afterdaily shifts.Receive daily work schedule from the direct supervisor.Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriateShift between areas to follow up the offenders of smuggling passengers and issue fines.Inspect vehicles under demand to ensure that drivers are having permits to practice the profession.Prepare and provide reports to the direct supervisor about daily work obstacles.Inspect and ensure the contracts between luxury companies’ and hotels and buses transportation companiesand transport companies.Field inspection on foot periodically in locations where the phenomenon of smuggling passengers.Follow-up and monitor passengers to ensure that there are no violations in all areas Emirate of Dubai.Issue fines against offenders electronically.Inspect under demand vehicle’s side numbers to ensure that it is matching with plate numbers.Strictly Adhere to RTA Information Security policies, procedures, and processes.Strictly follow the Information Security data sharing guidelines for all internal and external data transfers.Immediately report any Information Security incidents to your line manager and IT support for prompt guidanceand resolution.Actively participate in all assigned Information Security training and awareness sessions to enhance yourknowledge and address potential Information Security risks.Always comply with instructions and guidance provided by your line manager in line to the Information Securityrequirements. Inspect vehicles as required to verify drivers have permits. Prepare daily reports on obstacles to work. Inspect contracts between luxury companies, hotels, and transportation providers. Conduct field inspections on foot in locations where passenger smuggling occurs. Follow up and monitor passengers to ensure no violations across the Emirate of Dubai. Issue fines electronically. Verify vehicle side numbers against license plates. Adhere to RTA Information Security policies, data sharing guidelines, and report incidents to line manager and IT support. Participate in Information Security training and awareness sessions. Comply with instructions from the line manager related to Information Security.
