Beginning of the main content section.Return to the home pagePrintable Format Job Description - Supervisor - Vehicles Licensing Support (25001451)Job Description Supervisor - Vehicles Licensing Support - (25001451) Job Description Job PurposeExecute effective oversight of vehicle licensing operations by monitoring and ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with service centers to resolve transaction issues, handling customer complaints, managing vehicle recall campaigns and impound applications, providing technical support for inspections, and preparing performance reports.Roles and ResponsibilitiesOperations• Follow up on the progress of vehicle licensing procedures and ensure compliance with the approved regulations and regulations• Coordinate with service centers, customer happiness centers, and agencies to address matters that hinder the completion of transactions.• Handle complaints and requests received through the Authority's official channels related to vehicle licensing transactions.• Provide support service to all service centers (Customer Happiness Centers, Service Provider Centers) according to the authorities Awarded, policies and procedures adopted.• Implement requests received from agencies regarding vehicle recall campaigns.• Handle Applications received regarding vehicles impounded in the Emirate of Dubai and the judicial authorities shall be processed in accordance with the applicable procedures• Provide technical support and consultation to the employees of the technical inspection centers regarding the technical inspection standards of vehicles.• Prepare periodic reports on operational performance indicators.• Follow up on the receipt of damaged plates and retrieved plates to the number factoryPhysical Working Conditions• Role requires regular field inspections and work within service provider centers and monitoring facilities.
