P&M Superintendent

P&M Superintendent is responsible for leading and managing the plant and machinery operations and maintenance strategy to ensure optimal performance, reliability and availability of all equipment supporting project execution. The role involves overseeing the operation, maintenance and coordination of all four Tunnel Boring Machines and their associated support systems, ensuring continuous and efficient tunnelling progress. The superintendent ensures effective resource planning, spare parts management and rapid response to breakdowns to minimize downtime and maintain uninterrupted production cycles. Additionally, the role includes coordinating with engineering, procurement and site teams to optimize equipment utilization, implement preventive maintenance programs and uphold safety and operational standards. Strong leadership and technical oversight are essential to ensure smooth machinery operations and sustained productivity across all tunnelling activities. Qualifications: Diploma in Engineering Experience: 20-40 years
