P&M Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, procurement, operation and maintenance of all plant, equipment and machinery required for project execution. The role involves ensuring optimal utilization of resources, minimizing downtime through effective maintenance strategies and coordinating with project teams to meet operational requirements. The manager monitors equipment performance, manages inventory and ensures compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the role includes budgeting, cost control, vendor coordination and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance programs to enhance efficiency and extend equipment life. Strong organizational, technical, and leadership skills are essential to ensure smooth operations and support overall project productivity. Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) Experience: 18-20 years
