P&M Engineer

P&M Engineer is responsible for overseeing the deployment, operation and maintenance of plant and machinery to ensure efficient and uninterrupted construction activities. The role involves managing the performance and availability of critical equipment such as cranes, excavation machinery, dewatering systems, concrete pumps, batching plants and lifting gear, ensuring they are operated safely and effectively at all times. The engineer coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance programs, monitors equipment utilization and ensures timely resolution of breakdowns to minimize downtime. Additionally, the role includes ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, coordinating with site and production teams, managing equipment resources, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reliability across station construction works. Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) Experience: 7-8 years
