P&M Asst. Manager

The P&M Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the planning, deployment, maintenance and efficient utilization of P&M resources to ensure smooth project execution. The role involves assisting in the coordination of equipment mobilization, maintenance schedules and performance monitoring to maximize operational efficiency and minimize downtime. The assistant manager oversees the functioning of critical tunnelling and construction equipment, including TBM, cranes, grout plants, dewatering systems and other support machinery, ensuring their optimal availability across all tunnelling operations. Additionally, the role includes monitoring equipment performance, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities and collaborating with site and engineering teams to ensure uninterrupted workflow and adherence to project requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) Experience: 12-15 years
