Ideally located in the heart of Dubai Science Park, in the most sought-after residential area of Dubai. Minutes away from mega malls, magnificent Jumeirah Beaches, world’s leading tourist attractions and Parks, auto drome and over 5 championship golf courses. The newly opened Holiday Inn & Suites at Dubai Science Park includes 240 hotel rooms and suites and 84 one-bedroom apartments, anchor F&B offerings and an extensive 1026sqm cutting-edge meeting and events facilities. Your day to day We are a people-powered business, and we are looking for a passionate Training Manager who understands that culture is the key to success. The ideal candidate will be driven to create an engaging, empowering, and supportive learning environment that enables our colleagues to reach their full potential and deliver truly memorable guest experiences. A little taste of your day-to-day Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: • Conduct/ Assist in new hire orientation and onboarding programs, ensuring all colleagues understand IHG brand standards, hotel policies, service culture, and departmental expectations. • Support the planning, development, and delivery of training materials, presentations, learning guides, and visual training aids to enhance colleague engagement and learning effectiveness. • Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments to identify competency gaps and development opportunities, and recommend appropriate learning solutions. • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and development programs to strengthen operational, leadership, and service excellence capabilities. • Support the implementation of leadership development initiatives by organizing training schedules, seminars, and development resources for supervisors and managers. • Maintain and enhance the Departmental Trainer program by coordinating trainer activities, monitoring effectiveness, and recommending improvements to training delivery. • Conduct tra
