Your Day to Day The Talent Resourcing Manager will be responsible for ensuring the hotel attracts, identifies, and secures the right talent to support its current and future business needs. The role will combine strategic workforce planning with hands-on recruitment, talent sourcing, employer branding, candidate engagement, and recruitment process improvement. Working closely with the HR leadership team and Department Heads, you will develop effective talent pipelines, advise leaders on market availability and recruitment strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. The successful candidate will bring strong hospitality recruitment expertise, excellent stakeholder-management skills, a creative approach to sourcing, and a passion for identifying and developing talent. Key Responsibilities Included: • Develop and implement the hotel's talent resourcing strategy in alignment with business priorities and workforce requirements. • Partner with the HR leadership team and Department Heads to understand current and future talent needs. • Develop proactive talent pipelines for critical, high-volume, and hard-to-fill positions.

Strong hospitality recruitment expertise; excellent stakeholder-management skills; a creative approach to sourcing; a passion for identifying and developing talent. Experience in talent resourcing, recruitment strategy, and candidate experience within a hotel or hospitality setting. Ability to develop talent pipelines for critical, high-volume, and hard-to-fill positions. Experience partnering with HR leadership and department heads on workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
