Growth Associate (Emiratisation)

With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward. - Work closely with the Growth manager to develop onsite strategy to ensure that the onsite calendar aligns with the campaign calendar. - Support in the build, test, and execution of campaigns on, including data workflow and segmentation. - Support in the design and execution of communication in coordination with design, content, and commercial teams. - Conduct analysis to assess impact/uplift from campaigns, producing regular reports on performance. - Quality check the application and ensure there are no errors on the platform. - Quality check the customer journey and ensure this is seamless for customers. Requirements: - Fresh Graduates. - Ability to generate ideas and solve problems independently. - Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked and high energy environment. - Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills. - History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done. - Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results.
