Guest Service Officer - Concierge

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Concierge is responsible to assist with any concierge related services such as restaurant reservation, booking city tours, recommending tourist spots and contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Concierge department within the Rooms Division. Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 1 year work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
