Support service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquets, ensuring seamless guest experiences. Prepare tables, mise-en-place, and service areas to brand standards before each shift. Greet and engage with guests, providing attentive service and handling requests with care. Learn and apply service standards, upselling techniques, and menu knowledge. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and timely service. Observe and practice proper handling of food, beverages, and equipment in line with hygiene standards. Support the team during events, themed nights, and special promotions. Demonstrate enthusiasm to learn and adapt to different areas within Food & Beverage. Provide feedback and share ideas for improving service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications Your experience a nd skills include: Currently pursuing studies in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field Strong interest in Food & Beverage operations and guest service Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and team spirit Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards is an advantage
