Key Responsibilities: Deliver Spa Treatments: Perform a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body treatments, customized to meet individual guest needs. Maintain Professional Standards: Uphold cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards within treatment rooms and spa areas. Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing product recommendations and answering any questions to enhance their spa experience. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about spa products and techniques, actively recommending appropriate items to guests to support their wellness journey. Inventory Management: Monitor supplies and communicate replenishment needs to ensure treatment rooms are always stocked. Education: Certificate or diploma in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, or a related field is required. Experience: Prior experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury resort or hotel setting is preferred. Certifications: Must hold internationally recognized certifications/diplomas such as ITEC, CIDESCO, or CIBTAC . Skills: Proficient in various massage techniques, facials, and spa therapies; strong understanding of anatomy and physiology. Customer Service Orientation: Excellent interpersonal skills, ensuring a warm and professional guest interaction. Flexibility: Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
