Your experience and skills include: Professional certification or qualification in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related field Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a hotel, resort, or wellness environment is an asset Good knowledge of massage techniques, spa treatments, and wellness practices Warm, caring, and professional personality with a genuine passion for guest wellbeing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand and anticipate guest needs while maintaining professionalism and discretion Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and cleanliness Good organizational skills and ability to manage appointments and treatment schedules effectively Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required Professional grooming and a positive attitude at all times
