Handle guest concerns and respond promptly, logging and notifying the appropriate departments. Actively participate in daily briefings, warm-ups, and departmental meetings. Ensure Room Attendants are informed daily about priorities in their section. Follow departmental policies and procedures. Report necessary maintenance items. Follow all safety and sanitation policies. Perform other duties as assigned.

Previous leadership experience (an asset). University/College degree in a related discipline (an asset). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. High level of responsibility and reliability. Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team.
