Raffles Doha We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Raffles & Fairmont Doha as our new Spa & Recreation Attendant. The Spa & Recreation Attendant is responsible for ensuring that all spa, wellness, fitness, pool and recreation facilities are clean, safe, well-maintained and ready for guests. The role provides direct guest assistance while maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service expected in a luxury hotel. Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests warmly and provide professional and personalized service Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa, recreation, pool, fitness and wellness areas Ensure towels, robes, amenities and other supplies are fully stocked Prepare and maintain treatment rooms before and after guest appointments Assist guests with the use of spa and recreation facilities Maintain changing rooms, relaxation areas, locker rooms, sauna, steam room and pool areas Monitor facilities and report maintenance, safety or equipment issues promptly Conduct regular checks to ensure all areas meet hygiene and safety standards Support spa therapists and reception colleagues with daily operations Respond to guest requests and provide assistance in a courteous and efficient manner Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment throughout the facilities Follow all hotel health, safety, hygiene and operational procedures Maintain professional grooming and appearance at all times Assist with opening and closing procedures and daily facility checks Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

What will you bring to this role? Previous experience in a spa, wellness, fitness, recreation or luxury hotel environment High school diploma or equivalent qualification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service and guest-focused approach Good knowledge of health, safety and hygiene standards Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation Professional grooming and positive attitude Physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays Basic first aid or lifeguard certification is an advantage Good command of English, with additional languages considered an advantage Embrace the Raffles & Fairmont brand promise and luxury in your role and in all your interactions Foster an inclusive environment where every individual feels valued and respected Create an environment where colleagues are empowered, supported and recognized
