Warehouse Outbound Coordinator - UAE National Only

Play a vital role in ensuring goods leave our warehouse safely, accurately, and on time. You will coordinate outbound shipments, customs clearance, and documentation to keep operations running smoothly. Coordinates Outbound process, directing from picking, packing and shipping of orders. Ensure Outbound shipments are accurate, on schedule and compliant to destinations requirements. Accountabilities Coordinate the end-to-end picking, packing, and staging of outgoing orders based on customer requirements and shipping priorities. (Driving forklift) Coordinate with Logistics team for the schedule and dispatch of outbound shipments. Generate and verify essential shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, invoices, and customs/export. Manage Custom Clearance of all outgoing bonded materials and making sure data is updated in PWC. Inspect outgoing shipments for damage, ensure proper packaging, and enforce warehouse safety protocols. Supervise, train, and Third party personnels to ensure daily output targets and Service Level Agreements are met. Identify and clear inventory errors through pick audits and checking before material dispatch. Identify and resolve systemic bottlenecks, such as order cancellation or delayed orders, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely and efficiently. . Adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Higher Secondary Education Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a large Warehouse operation.   Working experience in ERP System SAP WM Module specific. UAE Licensed Reach Truck and Forklift Operator, Light vehicle driver license, preferred.
