Coordinate and supervise internal design teams throughout different project stages, ensuring quality, consistency, and smooth delivery under the guidance of the Design Director or Senior Architect. Translate conceptual design intent into practical and technically feasible solutions, with strong attention to detailing, documentation, and project coordination. Supervise and support junior team members throughout the design and documentation process, ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to project standards. Proven experience in hospitality, residential, high-rise, and mixed-use projects, with strong understanding of both conceptual design and technical execution.
