Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing concept and schematic design proposals. Produce drawings, 3D models, diagrams, and visual presentations. Support design development and coordinate with internal teams. Conduct research on materials, design trends, and technical solutions. Prepare project documentation and design packages. Participate in design reviews and client meetings when required. Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project guidelines. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience . Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and conceptual ability. Key Skills : Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong conceptual thinking and design visualization skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
