As a Sales Senior Manager - Drilling & Completion Fluids, you will be responsible for: - Selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects - Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. - Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. - Handling important clients for a product line. - Handling big or challenging markets or multi country To be successful in this role you will: - Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum, Geology, etc) - Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in drilling & completion fluids and technical sales - Have demonstrated experience coordinating teams, stakeholders, and priorities to achieve business and operational objectives - Have the ability to be on call outside of normal business hours - Have the ability to work in a global matrix organization - Have thorough understanding of P/L and technical job planning requirements - Have excellent communication and presentation skills Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
